Some things are engineered. Others are earned.
I’m Ryan Lantz—an engineering and manufacturing leader, father, and lifelong builder. Throughout my career, I’ve helped people and organizations confront difficult challenges, raise their standards, and create improvements built to last.
But the most important thing I’ve ever helped build isn’t a machine, a system, or a business. It’s a family—and a future.
In 2024, just as our youngest child was moving out and we were preparing to become empty nesters, life presented us with a defining choice: settle into a quieter chapter or open our hearts and begin again. We chose to begin again.
We adopted two boys who were eight and ten years old. We committed to giving them the love, structure, discipline, and unwavering belief they needed to discover their potential for themselves.
Today, both boys have risen to the top of their classes and are only one belt away from earning their black belts in karate. Their accomplishments are inspiring—but the courage, resilience, and determination they’ve developed mean even more.
Their journey proves something I believe with everything in me: your past may shape you, but it does not have the power to define your future.

Project 0430 is the living expression of this chapter of my life: helping high-responsibility men, fathers, providers, and leaders rebuild their strength, energy, standards, and leadership—starting at 4:30 a.m.
Engineering built my discipline. Fatherhood deepened my purpose. Project 0430 is where both become a standard worth sharing.
