My experience spans engineering and operations, continuous improvement, automation, maintenance, purchasing, and machine-shop leadership. That range taught me to see the whole system—and to respect the people who make it run.
I’m comfortable with the technical detail, but I never lose sight of the business consequence, the team carrying the work, or the family depending on the outcome.
