Some things are engineered. Others are earned.
I’m Ryan Lantz—an engineering and manufacturing leader, father, and lifelong builder. Throughout my career, I’ve helped people and organizations confront difficult challenges, raise their standards, and create improvements built to last.
But the most important thing I’ve ever helped build isn’t a machine, a system, or a business. It’s a family—and a future.
In 2023, as our youngest was preparing to leave home, we faced a defining choice: settle into a more comfortable chapter, or open our hearts, embrace the unknown, and begin again.
We chose to begin again.
We adopted two boys, then five and eight years old. From that day we made a clear commitment: give them the love, structure, discipline, and unwavering belief they needed—not only to see their potential, but to start believing in it themselves.
Today they stand near the top of their classes and one belt from black belt in karate. Those results make us proud. The deeper transformation cannot be measured by grades or belts.
Their journey keeps teaching me something I believe with everything in me.
Your past may explain where you’ve been, but it does not get to decide where you’re going. When you are surrounded by love, held to higher standards, and given someone who refuses to stop believing in you, an entirely new future becomes possible.

Project 0430 is more than a name—it's the living standard of my next chapter: helping fathers, providers, and leaders reclaim their strength, restore their energy, raise their standards, and lead with greater purpose—starting at 4:30 a.m.
Engineering taught me how to build systems that last. Fatherhood taught me what is truly worth building. Project 0430 is where discipline meets purpose—and where both become a standard worth living and sharing.
