Some things are engineered. Others are earned.
I’m Ryan Lantz—an engineering and manufacturing leader, father, and lifelong builder. Throughout my career, I’ve helped people and organizations confront difficult challenges, raise their standards, and create improvements built to last.
But the most important thing I’ve ever helped build isn’t a machine, a system, or a business. It’s a family—and a future.
In 2023, as our youngest child was preparing to leave home and we were about to become empty nesters, life presented us with a defining choice: settle into a more comfortable chapter—or open our hearts, embrace the unknown, and begin again.
We chose to begin again.
We adopted two boys who were five and eight years old. From that moment forward, we made an unwavering commitment to give them the love, structure, discipline, and belief they needed—not only to see their potential, but to begin believing in it themselves.
Today, both boys have risen to the top of their classes and are only one belt away from earning their black belts in karate. Those accomplishments make us incredibly proud, but the greatest transformation cannot be measured by grades or belts.
Their journey reinforces a truth I believe with everything in me:
Your past may explain where you’ve been, but it does not have the power to determine where you’re going. When you are surrounded by love, challenged by higher standards, and given someone who refuses to stop believing in you, an entirely new future becomes possible.

Project 0430 is more than a name—it's the living standard of my next chapter: helping fathers, providers, and leaders reclaim their strength, restore their energy, raise their standards, and lead with greater purpose—starting at 4:30 a.m.
Engineering taught me how to build systems that last. Fatherhood taught me what is truly worth building. Project 0430 is where discipline meets purpose—and where both become a standard worth living and sharing.
