Who I Am
Hi—I’m Ryan Lantz, a lifelong problem‑solver who gets equal joy from streamlining a production line as I do carving fresh powder on a weekend ski trip. Over the past 30 years in engineering and operations, I’ve led multidisciplinary teams in continuous improvement, automation, maintenance, purchasing, and machine‑shop operations—always with the same guiding principle: make things better today than they were yesterday.
What I Do
- Engineering Leadership – Spearhead large‑scale capital projects, integrate cutting‑edge automation, and drive Lean / Six‑Sigma initiatives that boost throughput and slash downtime.
- Operational Excellence – Align processes from storeroom to shipping, reduce waste, and turn data into action—raising OEE and lowering cost per unit.
- Team Empowerment – Mentor technicians, engineers, and machinists to become creative problem‑solvers who own their results.
- Strategic Partnerships – Negotiate with suppliers, forge long‑term vendor relationships, and champion sustainable growth strategies.
Why I Do It
I believe great products start with great processes—and great processes start with people who feel inspired to innovate. Whether I’m optimizing a PLC program or brainstorming a new training module, my goal is to build systems that help people—and companies—thrive.
